Don and I were having lunch in Michaels one noon hour and Jack came over to our table as he does with everyone who enters Michaels.

Taking the painting from behind my chair I presented it to Jack. He was so touched by the painting and with a tear in his eye said “you even painted my wedding ring”. The painting hung in Michaels for as long as Jack was there and for two years after. It now hangs in Jack’s home.
