A Portrait of Louie SOLD

Karen McGregor, my dearest childhood friend called to say her Dad was in the hospital. I wanted to be there for her so headed to Chatham. While in Chatham I was called home because Don had to go to the hospital to be operated on that night for a dangerous boil. I hated leaving Karen and her Mom, Helen. After Don’s operations and while he was recuperating at home, I finished the painting ‘A Portrait of Louie’ I had started earlier. Louie passed away making this portrait very dear to Karen
