Lillian is a little girl about 9 or 10 who was looking from within a compound she was confined to, with her hands on the barbed wire fence. "It was a special moment when she turned around and we caught her with this almost 'Mona Lisa' smile on her face." Given as a gift to the wonderful man who cared so much for these children and gave much of his life to their betterment.
