The Minstrel

Summer markets in France take place twice a week and the wares, both local and from the Mediterranean, are colourful with fruits and vegetables, delicious cheeses, tapenade, crusty baguettes, honey, beautiful clothing, tools, books, local wines and multi-coloured leather sacks of olives, herbs and spices. It’s a culinary delight.
